Gelish Fade

I really enjoyed this manicure.  It was so bright and cheerful.  I had just watched a video about fading with Gelish and I thought I have got to try this so here it is.  I used two coats of It's a Lilly as my base color.  Curing between coats.  Then I put a few drops of Orange Cream Dream on a piece of foil and using a makeup sponge I picked up some Orange Cream Dream and sponged onto my tips.  Then after curing I sponged on some Silver Sand in the same manner.  After curing that layer I applied Top it Off and cured it then wiped the tacky off with cleanser.  I have been dying to use this plate and thought these colors went perfect with the pretty flower pattern.  I stamped with my favorite black the Venique Dominating Thigh Highs.

I'm ready for my close up!!!

Here's that plate its out of the Bundle Monster 2012 set BM-321

Here's my Halloween Manicure!!! This is one of my favorites.  I used colors out of the China Glaze Wicked collection.  Bizarre Blurple, and Glitter Goblin.  I painted Bizarre Blurple first (two coats).  Then i stamped with Venique Wingtip White using Shany stamp.  Then just added the Glitter Goblin to the cuticle area! Hope you enjoy.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month!!!

So this is my manicure for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  I used Gelish Less Talk and Shellac Cream Puff on my ring finger then I stamped with Fushia Fanatic in China Glaze.  The stamp is part of one of the Bundle Monster sets.  As soon as I saw it I had to have.  It is one of the few sets that I think I would use every plate in it.

Heres a photo of the plate its BM-321

And my Matching pedicure!!!!  Same colors just a different plate out of that same set.  I love Gelish on the toes cause it keeps its shine and I never have to add any more top coat!

A little to close to my cuticle Oops!

And here is that plate it is BM-324

The Man With the Golden Gun

Finally got this polish and it definitely lives up to my expectations   My daughter just fell in love with it so we had to try it on her first.  We put it over Gelish Carnival Hangover so it would last longer for her.  We cured our top coat and wiped our tackey layer then we added a coat of this polish let it dry and sealed it with our Gelish Top coat.  It turned out beautiful and made her feel so special to have real gold on her finger nails!!!

The Happiest Place on Earth!!!

Two of my very dear friends recently got to take a trip to Disney World.   I was so jealous but on the other hand it was a great time to do some super cute Mickey and Minnie nails.  We Used OPI colors in The Thrill of Brazil, Alpine Snow, and Black Onyx.  So I got my dotting tool and went to work.  We got a lot of inspiration off of Pins from Pinterest. And we got to practice a couple days before they left.  So here's what we come up with. Thanks for looking!!!

Tie Dyed!!!

I finally got brave and tried the tie dye!!! It took me like 30 to 45 minutes to paint these but it was defiantly worth it.  I was very pleased with how they turned out.  I didn't have a small enough brush to suit me so I used my dotting tool and it worked great.  I used all OPI colors.  I found this awesome tutorial on Pinterest. You can find a link to my repin here Tie Dye Pin

I added some Peace signs with OPI Black Onyx and Mash Plate Mash-37

Here's the colors I used. Vodka and Caviar, Brights Power, The "IT" Color, Ogre the Top Blue,           Green-Wich Village and A Grape Fit!

Here's that Plate

Go Cats Go!!!!

So school has started again... Blah...  So my little girl had to have a very special manicure for the first day of school.  We used Gelish Orange Cream Dream as a base because our school colors are orange and white.  Then we used Shany Nail Art Plate SH08.  Its got a cute set of Bobcat Paws on it.  I finished the Gelish manicure and did the topcoat, wiped my tacky layer, then stamped our paws with OPI Alpine Snow.  I added another coat or Gelish top coat and Voila!!!  Thanks for looking.

And heres a picture of that plate.

I love this Blue!!!  The base color is OPI Ogre-the-Top Blue (out of the Shrek collection imagine that!).  Then I added some glitter at the base in OPI Sparkle-icious (out of the Burlesque collection).  You know I cant leave anything alone and I love my stamps and ladybugs! So I added some lady bugs to my ring fingers one in Sinful Colors Black on Black and the other in OPI Alpine Snow.  Their so cute!!! The plate I used is a Shany plate SH12.
