Foils

I got to play with my transfer foils this week.  They are just the coolest and so easy.  I got mine from Dollar Nail Art.  I also dug out my Shellac I hadn't used it in a while either.  I used Rock Royalty and after my second coat I left the tackiness and used my foil.  I used green, gold and the peacock dazzle I used a couple of weeks ago.  Finished with Shellac top coat.  I hope you enjoy!!!!!

Hurray Huarache

I had to redo my toes last weeks. They were starting to chip from being in the pool. I love the new Venique nail lacquers and I have had this gorgeous sparkly blue Hurray Huarache for a month or two now and haven't used it so I thought I'd try it on my toes. I used OPI blue my mind as my base color and then I used one coat of the Hurray Huarache. It's the prettiest blue! Then I added some leopard spots with OPI Golden Rules and Black Onyx. Thanks for looking!!!

Desire the Desired

Here's my Sunday manicure.  I got this awesome new Venique color Pump up the Jam.  It's such a pretty pink.  So then I wanted a nice kinda minty green to go with it.  So I stopped in Sally's since they had their finger paints buy 2 get 1 free and I got Tiffany Impostor.  Its very similar to the China Glaze color For Audrey.  So I sponged on the green on my tips.  And I'm still in obsessed stamp mode so I used one from my Kaynig set M64.  Thanks for looking!!!

And here's the plate.

Drizzle

Got some new plates in. Yay!! Im officially obsessed!  This time I got a kaynig set from Amazon.  Heres the link Kaynig Plates.  I used plate number M70.  The funny thing about this plate is I never really even paid it any attention when I ordered this set.  I have seen this design several times but I always thought they had really drizzled the polish on there.  So I was going through my new toys peeling off the annoying blue film when I got to this plate I was like holy cow!  That's how they did that!  So here it is I used OPI Designer Series in Extravaganza! And OPI Alpine Snow.  Thanks for looking!

Peacock Dazzle

Had some nail foils that I had ordered from Dollar Nail Art that I have been dying to try.  This on is Peacock Dazzle.  I painted the transfer foil adhesive over my current polish.  You can tell around the edges a little.  Then I rubbed the foil on using a Q-Tip and put a gel top coat over the top and then stamped with plate SE20 from the as seen on TV Salon Express kit.   Using OPI DS Radiance.

And here is that plate.

Nails by Stephani!!!

I have a contribution from my friend Stephani today!!!  Steph is obsessed with nails like me.  And shes really awesome at it too.  Shes very creative and helps me out alot when I get kinda in a slump!
Here's one she did about a month ago.  I really like it! Steph is also the one that taught me how to use a striper brush.  These were done with China Glaze.

Here's a cute hello kitty mani Steph did too.  Isn't it cute!!

And an awesome zebra tip.  We love everything and anything in zebra.

And this one shes wearing this week.

Still Stamping

I got some new lacquers this week that I've just been dying to try. I've used Sinful Colors Hazard as a base. Then I sponged on some Orly Preamp for an ombré effect. And lastly I used one of my new Shany plates SH18 with China Glaze's Custom Kicks. And Seche Vite top coat as usual. I am really enjoying the plates and playing with different polishes to see what works and what doesn't!!! Thanks for looking!!!

Here is a close up of my pointer finger.

And here is a photo of the plate I used.

Karaoke Nails!!!

Ok it was time to do my very dear friends nails again. Which is one of my very favorite times of the week. It's the only time I get to do nails other than mine or my daughters. My friend owns a music theater and it was karaoke night so one of my new plates has a music note on it and we wanted to use that just not all over ever nail. So we used China Glaze's Loves a Beach as a base and then just added some zebra stripes here and there with the black and the white in the art club stripers. Then we used the music note on the ring fingers. I really liked the way it turned out!!!
